Birth from this humble beginning, the Cannelé has risen to royal status among pastry lovers throughout the world. Here, at Comptoirs de France we have painstakingly maintained the original technique of these Bordeaux nuns, using bronze cake pans and only using the best products to ensure that the Cannelé remain true to the French tradition.
