The Team

Benjamin Devos created "Comptoirs de France Bakery Beijing" in September 2005 with the participation of Philippe Ancelet. This young French entrepreneur is graduated from “Lausanne Business School” in Switzerland and has been working for the last couple of years in the hotel business and retail industry. He also run several stores in Geneva Switzerland for the international brand ‘Le Pain Quotidien’. When he came in Beijing China, before starting his company, he worked for Radisson SAS Hotel.

Philippe Ancelet is the Maître Pâtissier of Comptoirs de France Bakery. Before joining the team, Philippe spent the past three years in the Kempinski Hotel Beijing. He has an extensive international experience, working throughout the world for major groups such as Hyatt Regency (in France, Kuwait, Korea and Australia) or Intercontinental (Kenya, Egypt and Bahrain). During those years, he received several international awards. He also run his own bakery factory in Australia for four years.
